The following are our terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days once your order has been placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Bank Holidays. We will only be delivering in the London area Zones 1–6.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments maybe delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping order and confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched for delivery.
Zur Gluten Free Ltd ( is not liable for any products damaged or lost whilst it’s being dispatched; please contact the carrier to file the claim. Please save all the packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


We are sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase; we are here to help to resolve this matter.
You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for s return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we have received your item, we will need to inspect it and notify you that we have received them. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your payment is approved, we will initiate a refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issue’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
