Kick start your day with a high protein breakfast.

Steps:

Milk hot or cold, this will vary depending on your preference. However if you are using hot milk, place in the pan and bring to the boil. Once this is done, simply pour over the granola in a bowl. If you are using yogurt, simply add to granola in the bowl.

1 cup of milk (hot or cold) or 1 cup of yogurt
