CASSAVA FLOUR PORRIDGE

Nothing warms you better than a filling breakfast, energize don't compromise!

Steps:

Mix the cassava farina in 1 cup of milk, bring the reminder of milk to a boil.
Add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and bay leaf to boiling milk.
Lower the heat, stir in cassava farina, keep on stirring to ensure that there are no lumps.
Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Place porridge in a bowl, you may add dry or fresh fruits. Ready to serve.

Farina: 1 cup
Almond Milk: 4 cups (but you can use your preference)
Cinnamon stick: 1
Nutmeg: ¼ teaspoon (optional)
Bay leaf: 2 (optional)
