We have known Rosario and Sylvette for over five years now and have been witness to the beginning of Zur Gluten Free Ltd. We have been enjoying their food and products both as consumers and friends.
We love their ethos and have watched their family business grow and have seen first-hand their unending energy, love, passion, commitment, skill, and care to consistently produce food that is truly top notch. We genuinely love their food. After many meals cooked and shared, we were privileged that Rosario and Sylvette agreed to cater for our Wedding in the Black Mountains of Wales in January 2020 and could not have asked for more. Not only were Rosario, Sylvette and their children invited guests they went above and beyond delivering a banquet of imaginative and delicious food.
Nothing was too much trouble and from the point of giving them general ideas they seemed to effortlessly create dishes that were enjoyed by all and of which people are still commenting about to this day, over a year later.
Rosario and Sylvette make it look easy however we and have seen first-hand know they work intensively to ensure their food and products are of the highest quality and are developing ideas all the time.

There is certainly something for everyone as they offer a varied selection of savoury and sweet breads and wraps which would appeal to many people. These range from the plain cassava bread which would give the bagel a serious run for its money to the sweet and exotic flavours which doesn’t compromise on flavour whilst being a healthy option.
